Sara Sue was created in homage to the owner’s grandmother, Sara Sue, renowned milliner at Richmond’s Miller & Rhoads department store. Label is an original found in the owner’s attic, and is adorned with a Swarovski crystal. Item is a custom one-of-a-kind handmade piece.
